Refundable reservation
The €10 reservation is refundable before production starts. It can also be credited toward your order.
Founder Box
Before production starts, we will confirm the frame, first print, and delivery details. You can request a refund before your first personalised print is produced.
12-Month Gift
For prepaid gifts, we will confirm the recipient details, first photo, gift message, and shipping details before personalised production begins.
Production timing
We will confirm the first batch production and shipping timeline before taking final payment.
