What we collect

We collect details you submit, such as email, dog name, dog age, buyer type, selected package, shipping country, optional checkout feedback, and customer-research answers. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PawYear.

Customer research

If you take part in PawYear research, we use your answers to understand customer needs and improve the product and checkout experience. Follow-up contact is optional. Research form fields are masked in session analytics, and you can ask us to delete your answers.

Pet photos

Pet photos are used to prepare previews or orders. The browser preview uses your photo in the current session so you can crop it for the frame.

Tracking

We use basic tracking events, Meta analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand interest in PawYear, see where visitors drop off, and improve the first batch. Form fields, checkout details, customer inputs, and uploaded-photo preview areas are masked for session analytics.

Deletion requests

You can ask us to delete submitted details, preview information, or pet photos connected to your request.
