What we collect

We collect email and form details only when you submit them. This may include dog name, dog age, buyer type, shipping country, selected package, optional checkout feedback, and payment status from Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PawYear.

Why we collect it

We use submitted details to create your product preview, prepare the first print, handle order follow-up, and improve PawYear. We also use basic tracking events to understand market demand and where people drop out of the funnel.

Pet photos

Pet photos are used only to create the preview or order unless you separately give marketing consent. The browser preview keeps image data in the current session.

Deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your submitted details and preview/order information. This is an MVP privacy notice and should be reviewed before a full public launch.
